The report found that by 2025 California will need 2.3 million more bachelor’s degrees and technical credentials than it is on track to produce in order to remain a highly competitive state. The Road Ahead includes policy recommendations and is supplemented by three more detailed reports: Informed PlanningClear Accountability, and Credential Crunch.
