Mission

Our mission is to streamline access to public investments that can make college more affordable, including financial aid, food assistance, healthcare benefits, cash assistance, veterans benefits, affordable housing supports, affordable childcare supports, and workforce programs, so that every Californian has the opportunity to pursue and complete higher education.

VISION

We envision a California where everyone, regardless of circumstance, has access to opportunity and economic mobility.

Strengthening Data-Driven Decision-Making

Illuminating Opportunities and Eliminating Barriers

Conduct and share comprehensive research and student-informed insights that identify obstacles to accessing public investments and highlight opportunities to minimize or eliminate them.
