REMINDER: Californians Deserve Credit Town Hall Tomorrow, 9.29

/

Just a quick reminder that California Competes, The California EDGE Coalition, and The Education Trust-West are hosting the first town hall for Californians Deserve Credit tomorrow, September 29. Plus, we’ve just added two new speakers to the event—Nan Travers, Director of the Center for Leadership in Credentialing Learning at SUNY Empire State College, and David O’Brien, Vice Chancellor for Governmental Relations at California Community Colleges.

Our goal is to engage educators, policymakers, and community organizations in the first of many virtual gatherings—and we’d love to add your voice to the conversation.

Take a moment to register today. After registering, you’ll receive a Zoom link to the event.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

Californians Deserve Credit is a statewide campaign to raise awareness about policies and practices that give Californians credit for all of their learning—whether it takes place in a classroom, on the job, or through professional training.
