Join California Competes this Wednesday, February 24, at 10 a.m. PST for an important discussion on how to solve California’s allied health worker shortage. “Critical Care: Increasing the Capacity of Allied Health Training Programs” will feature new policy research from California Competes and a discussion centered around training bottlenecks in the allied health education-to-employment pipeline.
Our new report, Meeting California’s Demand for Allied Health Workers, examines an anticipated annual shortage of up to 37,000 allied health workers and proposes policy changes to solve this critical problem. The webinar will expand on the new research and elevate strategies to put more allied health professionals on the front lines of patient care.
