California Competes Executive Director Dr. Su Jin Gatlin Jez presented our research to the California Community Colleges Black & African American Advisory Panel on September 3, 2020. The title of her talk was “Postsecondary to Prosperity for Black Californians.” The Advisory Panel is tasked with helping to increase enrollment rates in community colleges as well as the graduation, completion, and transfer rates for Black and African American students.
